How Do I Get Started?

Getting started is easy and takes less than 2 minutes, without even needing to enter a credit card. Head over to the Easy Menus website and choose Get Started. It will direct you to the onboarding page.

It's Just Asking For a File?

Uploading your PDF menu is the first step in the process, we'll get your email and contact info just after that step.

I Didn't Create a Password?

Nope, no passwords here! Easy Menus makes use of One Time Codes (OTP) for login. Read more about it on the Logging In help page.

I Entered My Business Website and it Says 'Enter A URL'?

The form is asking for the entire web address, which starts with either 'https://' or 'http://'. Honestly, your best bet is to go to your website in your browser and just copy and paste the address from the browser's URL bar.

I Didn't Get a Verification Code (OTP)

Sorry about that. Sometimes email is just slow, although this system should be instant. Maybe check your spam folder? If it's not in there try the Resend Code link on the verification page. If that still doesn't work, maybe you made a mistake entering your email address? Try signing up again with the correct address.
