Signing in

Easy Menus is passwordless. You sign in by typing your email — we email you a fresh 8-digit code, you type it back, you're in.

  1. Go to app.easymenus.io and hit Sign in.
  2. Type the email address you signed up with.
  3. Check your email for an 8-digit code (subject line: "Your sign-in code").
  4. Type the code into the verification page. You're in.

The code didn't arrive

Most often it's just slow email. Give it a minute, then check your spam folder. If it's still not there:

  • Make sure you typed your email address exactly right
  • Try the Resend code link on the verification page
  • If it's still missing, send us a note and we'll get you in

Sign-in codes expire

Each code is good for one hour and can only be used once. If you didn't sign in right away, request a new one — that's normal.

Don't share your sign-in

If a teammate, designer, or vendor needs to update the menu, don't share your sign-in with them. Set them up as an authorized sender instead — they get the ability to update the PDF by email without any access to your account, billing, or other codes.
