Removing a sender
Removing an authorized sender takes them off the update-by-email list immediately. They can't send any further updates to that code until you re-invite them.
How
- On the code's page in the dashboard, find the Authorized senders section.
- Find the sender you want to remove.
- Hit the Remove button next to their address.
The change is instant. Their next attempt to send a PDF to the update address will be rejected.
What it doesn't undo
Removing a sender doesn't roll back any past updates they made. PDFs they sent before being removed are still in the activity timeline, and the current PDF is still whatever they (or anyone) most recently sent.
If you want to revert to an earlier PDF, just send that file yourself as a new update.
Per-code
Like the invite, removal is per code. If a sender is on three of your codes and you only remove them from one, they can still update the other two.
Re-inviting later
You can always re-invite a removed sender — they go through the verification flow again (new invite email, new 7-day window). There's no penalty for removing and re-adding.
Expired invites
If you invited someone and they didn't verify within 7 days, the invite expires. Remove them from the list (it'll still show as pending) and send a fresh invite.
