Your first update

The whole point of Easy Menus is that updating your PDF is just sending an email. Here's the workflow end-to-end the first time so you know what to expect.

Find your update address

  1. In the dashboard, click your code (it's the only one for now).
  2. Scroll down to Update address. It's a long-looking email address ending in @update.easymenus.io.
  3. Hit Copy update email to copy it to your clipboard.

Where to find your update address

This address is unique to your code and never changes. Save it as a contact in your email app — you'll use it every time you update.

Send the update

  1. Compose a new email from the address you signed up with.
  2. Paste the update address into the To field.
  3. Attach your new PDF. That's the only requirement. The subject line and message body don't matter — leave them blank if you like.
  4. Hit Send.

Watch it land

  • You'll get a confirmation email within a minute or two ("Your menu was updated").
  • Scan your QR code — the new PDF will show up.
  • The change is also logged in your code's activity timeline in the dashboard.

If nothing happens

A few common causes — the most common is attaching the PDF as a Google Drive or OneDrive link instead of a real attachment. The short answer: check Update didn't go through.
