Signing up

Signing up takes about a minute and doesn't ask for a credit card.

  1. Go to easymenus.io and hit Get started.
  2. Upload your PDF. This is the menu, price list, calendar, or whatever you want your QR code to show. Up to 20 MB.
  3. Enter your business details — your name, business name, email, and your business website.
  4. Check your email for an 8-digit code and type it into the verification page. That confirms your email address and creates your account.
  5. You're in the dashboard. Your first QR code is already set up and pointing at the PDF you just uploaded.

Why no password?

Easy Menus is passwordless. Every time you sign in, we email you a fresh 8-digit code instead of asking for a password to remember. More on signing in →

Why no credit card?

New accounts start in a free trial so you can scan your code, edit it, and decide if Easy Menus is right for you before paying. The trial caps how many times customers can scan your code (so it's not suitable for actual customer-facing use yet). When you're ready, pick a plan from the Billing page.

"Enter a URL" on my business website?

The form is asking for the full web address, starting with https:// or http://. The easiest way to get it right: open your website in a browser tab and copy-paste from the address bar.
