Naming your code
Every code has a friendly name you set in the dashboard. It's an internal label, just for you — your customers never see it.

Why bother
If you've only got one code, the default name is fine. The friendly name starts mattering when:
- You have more than one code (e.g., dinner menu vs. brunch menu, or one per location) and need to tell them apart in the dashboard
- You're naming sign PDFs you download — the filename uses your friendly name, so "hawthorne-counter-card.pdf" is easier to find than "untitled-counter-card.pdf"
- You're looking at activity history and want to know which code a given update belongs to
What's a good name?
Short and descriptive. A few examples:

Changing it later
You can rename a code any time. The QR code itself, the update address, and customers' experience are all unaffected — it's purely your label.
